ReplyDeleteThey did! No less than the foreign minister said so in a TV interview (in English).
In my cable-less Brooklyn apt last year, I watched this documentary about whales and whaling, and it's all just so depressing. If anybody is terrorizing, it's the Japanese whalers! Let them be!
