Took an extended day off. Looked at Dobies who needed rescue. Played board and card games with my sons. Watched the U.S. National team beat Barbados 8-0. Great seats! Exhausted.
But Russert's passing has effected me profoundly. I have yet to take stock. I may be restructuring my time and priorities....

I know how you feel Vigil. I know exactly how you feel. I regret that I so long took him for granted. Life is so fragile and fleeting....
ReplyDeleteDeath is inevitable and close at all times. I was extremely affected by Russert's passing also. I posted the article as soon as I saw the news, and felt a profound sort of sadness.
