  1. I wonder why they weren't able to get Israel polled?

  2. Do they have maps for the previous election? I'm guessing the world would look pretty much the same against Bush overall.

  3. I'm with the rest of the world. I don't understand why it should be close either. It's embarrassing.

  4. Cooper, good question. There should be 50 electoral votes at stake in Israel. It's a battleground state.

  5. I don't see much red on that map, except the embarrassed look on the Republican faces as the Mccain campaign degrades itself by finger-pointing and charges Palin with being a "rogue diva." Ooops, meltdown at McCain headquarters.

  6. At the U.N., Many Hope for an Obama Win. They're looking for a little multilateralism for a change.

  7. John Vinocur, Obama's fans in Europe are in for a big surprise:

Clearly, Europeans like and believe Obama when he says that he cares about what others think and that America must listen to them.

But just as clearly there are reservations. America is a political and economic culture unto itself, and the CSA polling organization, which found 93 percent of the French would vote for Obama if they had the chance, also reported that the enthusiasm for him "doesn't reoccur when it comes to the United States."

93% of Frenchmen will not agree with what Obama does.

  8. 334 former Foreign Service officers sign a Declaration of Support for Obama. How many support McCain?

  9. LOL, mariamariacuchita! You are absolutely right. If McCon wanted a woman in office, why not Kay Bailey Hutchinson or Elizabeth Dole? And a LMAO to boris, too.

Wait, I know the answer. So the Democrats would win. The more I see of Obama, the more I regret not voting for him in the primaries.

I love the deep blue of Scandinavia. This is great, macdaddy: I don't understand why it should be close either. It's embarrassing. Is that a perfect comment or what?

I can't believe it's almost time for the election.
