ReplyDeleteRecidivist, The fact that Bush was elected twice, once after he started this atrocious war, mitigates his ever being indicted in the Hague. Also, factor in the fact that he was enabled in his militarism by a completely compliant Republican majority in Congress. Thus his responsibility for the atrocity known as Iraq is dissipated from him to his Republican rubber-stampers and to the complacent American electorate at large.
