ReplyDeleteMeanwhile, England cut their presence in half in Iraq and plans to withdraw next year. China, Russia, Germany, and France are all united in investigating Iran's military, but are against attacking the country.
These countries plan to work with the head of the UN, as well as the EU ambassador. They refuse to engage in any preemptive strike and favor sanctions over war.
